UNLV fans can use the list below as an all-inclusive source for information and policies that apply when attending a UNLV Rebel Football game at Allegiant Stadium.
Accessibility
Allegiant Stadium and UNLV are committed to providing a first-class experience for all of our guests, including guests with disabilities. Allegiant Stadium is accessible by guests with disabilities and dedicated team members are available to work with you in order to provide reasonable accommodations for your visit at Allegiant Stadium. To speak with someone regarding accommodations, assistance, or questions prior to your visit, please contact the Allegiant Stadium Guest Experience department at guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com.

Entry
Guests with disabilities may enter the stadium via an accessible entry lane and may be accompanied by up to three (3) companions. -
Tickets
Allegiant Stadium offers accessible seating for guests with disabilities, including guests who use wheelchairs and others who require such accessibility features, as well as companion seating for their companions. All individual game tickets, including ADA tickets, are sold on UNLVtickets.com. -
Event Day
For event day assistance or questions regarding accessibility services at Allegiant Stadium, please visit a guest experience location where a teammate can assist you. If you have additional questions, contact Allegiant Stadium directly by calling the Guest Experience hotline at (725) 780-2350.
Alcohol Policy
The following alcohol related policies are meant to help promote safe and responsible alcohol consumption at Allegiant Stadium:
- Alcohol is not permitted to enter or leave the facility
- Any guests who exhibit visible signs of impairment will not be permitted into Allegiant Stadium
- All guests appearing thirty (30) years or younger will be required to show proof of age for alcohol purchases
- Acceptable forms of valid identification for alcohol beverage purchase are: United States driver's license, State Issued ID with photo, Military ID with photo, Passport ID card, Mexican Consular card
- There is a limit of two (2) alcoholic drinks per person, per transaction at all times
- A guest may not purchase or be in possession of more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at any one time
- Alcohol will not be served to any underage person or visibly impaired guest
- It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21, (each individual guest must have valid ID as proof they are 21 or older), to purchase or be in possession of alcoholic beverages
- Alcohol service ends at the end of the 3rd quarter.
- Alcohol service in the clubs and suites concludes one (1) hour postgame
- Allegiant Stadium management reserves the right to refuse service
- Alcohol service may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of management
Animals
Only service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are permitted at Allegiant Stadium.

Assistive Listening Devices
Complimentary hearing amplification devices are available at the Guest Experience Headquarters located on the main concourse near section 101. A photo ID or valid driver's license will be held at the Guest Experience Headquarters during the time of use and returned when the rental is complete.
Bag Check
Allegiant Stadium offers two (2) bag check locations. There is a $20 non-refundable charge per bag checked and payment is cashless. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are accepted forms of payment. Bag check opens the same time stadium entries open and closes one (1) hour post-event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be returned to lost and found. For more information, please see LOST AND FOUND.

Bag Policy - Link
- Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- Small clutch bags, 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" can be taken into the stadium with one of the approved clear bags
- An exception will be made for any necessary medical items after proper inspection at entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Banners and Signs
Signs and banners may be hung during events at Allegiant Stadium as long as:
- They do not obstruct the sightline of other guests
- They are not in the field of play
- They do not cover up existing signage
- They are not commercial in nature
- They do not contain obscene or inflammatory language
- They are not paraded around Allegiant Stadium
Allegiant Stadium management reserves the right to remove any signs or banners at any time.
Bottles, Cans, and Beverage Containers
- Bottles, cans, and hard-sided beverage containers of any kind are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium.
- A security screening will be conducted at the entries to prevent these items from entering the stadium.
Box Office
The box office at Allegiant Stadium is located on the Northeast corner of the stadium. To contact the Box Office, please call (725) 780-2100.
On UNLV Football Gameday, the box office opens four (4) hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of halftime
Broadcast
UNLV football games will be broadcast on either CBS Sports Network, FS1, FS2, AT&T Sports Net, or streamed via Stadium.
Bus/Shuttle Services
The RTC (Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada) plans to launch Express Bus routes to and from the Stadium.
The RTC's Deuce on the Strip service runs from Downtown Las Vegas with stops at hotels along the Strip, including nearby hotel-casinos. For updated information please visit rtcsnv.com or check the RTC app.
Cameras and Video Cameras
- Hand-held binoculars and small still cameras with lenses less than 6" in length are permitted into Allegiant Stadium.
- Video and movie cameras are NOT permitted into Allegiant Stadium without proper media credentials.
- Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose.
- Camera bags and binocular cases are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium. For more information, please see BAG POLICY or PROHIBITED ITEMS.
Cash-to-Card Kiosks
Allegiant Stadium is a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations. Guests may convert their cash to a debit card by using one of the Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout the stadium. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.

Cell Phones
Cell phones are allowed into the stadium as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. Allegiant Stadium is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged cell phones.
Children's Ticket Policy
Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter Allegiant Stadium, provided that they are seated on a parent's or guardian's lap, and do not interfere with the sightlines of others.
Closed Captioning
Guests accessing closed captioning on their mobile devices may do so by downloading the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium app and clicking on CAPTIONING
Club Seats
Allegiant Stadium has two (2) designated club seating locations:
- East Club: Sections C109-C115
- West Club: Sections C131-C137
All club guests with tickets in these sections have access to the following exclusive areas:

Code of Conduct
Help us create a safe and friendly environment for all guests at Allegiant Stadium!
We expect all who enter Allegiant Stadium and the surrounding parking lots to adhere to this Code. Failure to follow this Code may result in ejection from Allegiant Stadium, revocation of ticket privileges, and/or arrest. Season Ticket Members have the right to sell or transfer tickets through verified channels. Season Ticket Members transferring or selling tickets on non-verified platforms will be held responsible for the actions of those using their tickets.
The following actions are violations of the Guest Code of Conduct:
- Fighting, taunting, instigating or encouraging any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or bring discomfort to anyone.
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin.
- Any action that causes a disruption, creates an unsafe environment or interferes with the game including throwing or dropping any object in the stadium.
- Actions that impair others' ability to enjoy the event, including mistreatment of other guests, verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontation, intimidation, or threatening and irresponsible behavior.
- Unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests.
- Failure to follow the directions of staff and/or law enforcement, including refusal to produce proof of ticket or refusal to submit to security screening inclusive of physical searches prior to entering.
- Sitting in a location other than your ticketed seat, any unauthorized use of disabled seating areas, lingering in aisles, stairways, or unauthorized areas of the stadium.
- Possession or consumption of illegal or prohibited drugs or substances.
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment or substance abuse that results in irresponsible behavior.
- Smoking inside the stadium, including the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes. In accordance with The Nevada Clean Air Indoor Act, Allegiant Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the stadium.
- Possession of any item listed on the Allegiant Stadium Prohibited Items List.
- Clothing that is deemed offensive, obscene, or inappropriate by staff.
- Damage, destruction, vandalism, or theft of any property.
- Any action in violation of any local, state, federal, UNLV, or Allegiant Stadium policy.
Prepaid parking passes are required in all lots, and parking spaces are available only for guests attending the event. Tailgating ends at the start of the event. There is no loitering or tailgating in Allegiant Stadium parking areas during or after the event. Those participating in these activities are subject to ejection from the stadium, parking lot, revocation of event tickets, citation and/or arrest for trespassing. All Allegiant Stadium parking lots are cleared one hour after the end of the event.
Guests that are found in violation of the Code of Conduct may be required to take a four-hour online conduct course and pay a fine in order to re-enter the stadium for future events.
Code of Conduct Violations
- All Code of Conduct violations are recorded on the account of record, regardless of the offender.
- Any guest found in violation may be subject to a $250 fine and a four-hour Code of Conduct course.
- Repeat offenders or accounts may result in the loss of ticket or event attendance privileges or any other recourse determined by Allegiant Stadium or UNLV in their sole discretion.
Compliments, Complaints, and Comments
Allegiant Stadium and UNLV welcome feedback regarding your experience at Allegiant Stadium. Event day compliments, complaints, or comments can be completed at any guest experience location.

Concessions
Silver & Black Hospitality provides food, beverage, and specialty catering services throughout Allegiant Stadium.

Concierge Desks
There are two (2) concierge desks to accommodate all suite, loge, and club seat members as they enter Allegiant Stadium. These desks are located at:
- Caesars Rewards East VIP Entry
- MGM Resorts West VIP Entry
Concierge desks are also located in all club and suite areas to assist guests. They are staffed with knowledgeable teammates ready to provide guests with an array of services including answering questions and assisting with all inquiries.
COVID-19 Disclosure
Allegiant Stadium and UNLV take the health and safety of their guests, employees and staff very seriously. In response to rising COVID-19 cases, and in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and State of Nevada Emergency Directive 047, all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a face mask while inside the stadium.
The State of Nevada & CDC do not currently require proof of vaccination to attend events.
Allegiant Stadium's COVID-19 protocols are subject to change as additional information is discovered or provided by the State of Nevada & the CDC.
Individual events held at Allegiant Stadium may also implement heightened COVID-19 protocols, so please read all correspondence regarding an individual event carefully.

Drones
The use of drones, unmanned aircraft vehicles, or any remote-controlled aircraft on Allegiant Stadium property, including parking lots is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Locations
Vehicles without a valid event parking pass are not permitted into the Allegiant Stadium parking lots. For drop-offs and pick-ups, please enter Diablo Drive off Valley View Blvd and continue to Procyon St.
For on-site drop-offs at the Caesars Rewards East and MGM Resorts West VIP drop-off locations, please contact UNLV Premium Seating. Please visit the Directions & Parking page for more information regarding drop off and pick up locations.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, please notify the nearest stadium teammate or visit a guest experience location within the stadium. To contact someone at Allegiant Stadium during non-event hours, please call (725) 780-2350 or email guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com.
To report any conduct concerns on event day, text your message and location to (725) 780-2345. Stadium staff will confirm your message and respond appropriately. Please note, standard messaging rates apply.
Ejection and Denied Entry
UNLV and Allegiant Stadium Management, in their sole discretion, may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who is disorderly, uses vulgar or abusive language, throws objects, fights, impairs others' ability to enjoy the event, attempts to enter the playing field or any restricted area, or who fails to comply with any Allegiant Stadium policies, or the terms printed on the reverse side of any admission ticket without any refund. Additionally, when appropriate, revocation of season ticket privileges or arrest by law enforcement authorities will occur. By using any admission ticket and entering Allegiant Stadium, the ticket holder expressly agrees to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the ticket. Please note that unauthorized sales activities of any kind are strictly prohibited within Allegiant Stadium. Failure to comply will result in ejection.
Evacuation
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Allegiant Stadium, instructions will be given via the Public Address System. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the two exits nearest to your seats.
Exit and Re-Entry Policy
Allegiant Stadium is a no re-entry facility. Once a guest has exited the facility, their ticket will not be valid for entry again.

Fireworks
Fireworks and any other pyrotechnic devices are prohibited. Possession or use of these items will result in ejection from Allegiant Stadium. For a complete list of our Prohibited Items, please see PROHIBITED ITEMS.

Guest Experience Hotline

Guest Experience Locations
The Guest Experience Headquarters is located on the main concourse across from the Ford North Entry. There are additional Guest Experience Kiosks located on each concourse of the stadium. Guest Experience Representatives in these areas are available to assist guests with questions, comments, or concerns. Guest experience locations will be open from gate opening until approximately 30 minutes after the event.
Guest Interference
In the interest of player and guest safety, Allegiant Stadium maintains a Zero-Tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate ejection from Allegiant Stadium, possible arrest, and/or loss of season tickets privileges.
Hearing Aid Services

Identification Bracelets
Allegiant Stadium provides identification bracelets to children identifying the seat location and contact information of their parent/guardian in the event they become separated. Identification bracelets are located at all guest experience locations.
Interpreter
To request an interpreter please email guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com 7 days prior to the event.
Kosher Foods
Kosher food can be requested by emailing guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com 72 hours in advance of the event.
Las Vegas Monorail
The Las Vegas Monorail operates along a 3.9-mile route from the SAHARA Las Vegas Station to the MGM Grand Station. MGM Grand Station is the closest station to Allegiant Stadium. Monorail trains arrive approximately every four (4) to eight (8) minutes. Please visit the Las Vegas Monorail website for more information on taking the monorail to Allegiant Stadium.
Laser Pointers
Laser pointers and similar items are prohibited. Anyone who is observed using a laser pointer will be ejected from Allegiant Stadium and the device will be confiscated. Any confiscated laser pointer will be turned over to law enforcement and will not be returned.
Loge Seats
Loge seats are not currently available for UNLV football games. If you are interested in premium seating, contact the Rebel Athletic Fund.
Lost or Damaged Tickets
Lost, damaged, or forgotten tickets can be reprinted at the box office at Allegiant Stadium as long as the tickets were purchased directly from Allegiant Stadium or UNLV, and the account holder of record is present with a valid photo ID. There will be a non-refundable $20.00 charge per ticket that is reprinted.
Lost and Found
During events, any items found should be turned into the Guest Experience Headquarters located on the main concourse next to the Ford North Entry. On non-event days, please call (725) 780-2300. Lost and found items will be held for 30 days after the event. Any unclaimed items after 30 days will be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization.
Lost Children and Persons
In the event of a lost child or person, please locate the nearest stadium staff member.
Merchandise (UNLVgear.com / The Raider Image)
The Raider Image is the OFFICIAL TEAM STORE for the UNLV Rebels. The Raider Image operates UNLVgear.com, which offers the ability to Buy Online, ‘Pick Up in Store', and ‘Pick Up in Locker' at Allegiant Stadium. The online store can be found at www.unlvgear.com.
On gameday you will find multiple locations to find just the right UNLV item to commemorate your visit to Allegiant Stadium.
Mobile Payment
Allegiant Stadium is a cashless venue. Accepted forms of mobile payments include Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. For more information, please visit our Cashless FAQ page on allegiantstadium.com.
Mobile Ticketing
Guests will only be able to enter Allegiant Stadium with valid UNLV ticket stock or a digital UNLV ticket on a mobile device. PDF print at home tickets and screenshots are not accepted for entry into the stadium. View our Mobile Ticketing Guide https://www.unlvtickets.com/mobile-ticketing/ to access your mobile tickets.
Mobility Assistance Program
Allegiant Stadium offers a mobility assistance program that provides golf cart service from the south stadium parking lots to the southeast entry. Pick up locations are in Lots H, J, and G. For Las Vegas Raiders games, shuttle service will begin three (3) hours before kickoff and conclude one (1) hour post game. For all other events, service will begin one (1) hour before the scheduled event time and conclude one (1) hour post event or until the lots clear.
Noise Makers
For the comfort of the guests around them and to maintain the integrity of the events, guests coming to Allegiant Stadium are asked to refrain from bringing any type of noisemaker or musical instrument. Noise makers include whistles, cowbells, air horns, drums, and all items that serve as a distraction to gameplay or fans.
Notice of Search
To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests and their belongings will be subject to a courteous security screening upon entry. Guests that refuse the search will not be admitted. By presenting your ticket or credential to the security staff, you are consenting to such inspections and waive any related claim that you may have against UNLV, ASM Global, the City of Las Vegas, the Mountain West Conference, the NCAA, or any of their respective affiliates or agents.
Nursing Pods
Intermountain Healthcare Nursing Pods are available for nursing mothers who need a private, quiet feeding space for their children. The Intermountain Healthcare Nursing pods are available to use from the time the stadium opens until the end of the event. The Intermountain Healthcare Nursing Pods are located on the 050 Level next to the team store inside the Northeast and Northwest Entry lobbies.
Outside Food and Beverage
All outside food and beverage are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium.
Parking
Parking Passes
- UNLV season parking passes are good for UNLV games only. Parking passes can only be accessed digitally via your UNLVtickets.com account.
- Pre-purchased single-game parking passes are available at select lots and can be purchased on the SpotHero app. The ability to pay for parking upon arrival is based on availability. We strongly encourage you to purchase your parking pass in advance of the event
- Parking passes are only valid for parking vehicles and do not entitle the pass holder to occupy a space without a vehicle
- Parking passes can only be used for the designated lot
- Pass holders must enter through the designated lot entry gate indicated on the back of the parking pass. Pass holders who fail to enter through the designated lot entry gate will be redirected to the correct gate
- Once inside the gate, pass holders will be directed by staff into a specific stall
ADA & Accessible Parking
- All accessible parking spaces require a valid ADA placard or a valid ADA license plate
- If accessible parking is full, ADA placard or plate holders will be offered the next available parking space in the reserved parking lots. ADA placards or plates alone do not grant access to the Allegiant Stadium lots.
Oversized Vehicles
- Oversized vehicles, designated as vehicles longer than 20 feet, and trailers are not permitted
- RVs and oversized vehicles should contact the Oasis RV Park for park and ride options
Limousines
- Suite owners who have been pre-approved for limousine and black car service will be able to use the East and West Suite Drop Off Lanes. To request a pass, please contact your designated premium service representative. Any unauthorized vehicles will be denied access and be directed to our west pick up and drop off located on the corner of W Diablo Dr. and S Procyon St.

- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, 4.5" x 6.5" x 2", can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags
- Binoculars (Binocular cases are not permitted inside the stadium)

- Medical supplies
- Small handheld TV's and radios
- All patrons and items entering Allegiant Stadium are subject to search. Refusal of this search will result in non-admittance into Allegiant Stadium. Management is not responsible for items left behind at the entries or items lost, damaged, or stolen.

- Aerosol cans, including mace, pepper spray, hair spray, etc.
- Audio or visual recording devices, including GoPro, Google Glass, etc.
- Balloons and other inflatables
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, hoverboards and segways
- Commercial audio or video recording equipment
- Drones and unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV)
- Fireworks and missile-like objects
- Hard-sided containers, including bottles, cans, flasks, coolers and thermoses
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Inappropriate or offensive attire or signage, including gang insignia, obscenities, inflammatory statements and any threatening or taunting messages
- Laptops, tablets, personal computers, or two-way radios
- Laser lights, strobes, flashlights or any other visual impairment device
- Noisemakers of any kind, including air horns, bells, bullhorns, thundersticks, whistles, and vuvuzelas
- Non-service animals
- Outside food or beverages, including liquids of any kind
- Portable chairs, seat cushions, child seats, and strollers
- Projectiles, including balls and frisbees
- Sticks, poles, clubs, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or similar objects
- Umbrellas larger than 12" in length
- Weapons of any kind, including any sharp object
- Any item deemed by Allegiant Stadium management to be dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive to other guests' enjoyment of the event
- All patrons and items entering Allegiant Stadium are subject to search. Refusal of any guest will result in non-admittance into Allegiant Stadium. Management is not responsible for items left behind at the entries or items lost, damaged, or stolen.
Public Address (P/A) Announcements

Public Transportation
Those not interested in parking at Allegiant Stadium may utilize their favorite rideshare service or take public transportation to get to and from Allegiant Stadium.
The Uber/Rideshare drop-off and pick-up zone is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the Stadium and can be accessed via the front half of Lot N on Dean Martin Drive (5285 Dean Martin Dr).
UNLV and RTC have partnered to offer a shuttle from campus to Allegiant Stadium on game days for $4 round trip for the general public, and $2 round trip for UNLV students. The shuttle will depart from Transit Center, near Greenspun Hall, beginning three hours before kickoff until one hour before kickoff. The shuttle will depart approximately every 20 minutes, and will drop passengers off at Allegiant Stadium. Return service will begin 25 minutes after the end of the game and end one hour after the game. A route map can be found below.
Fares may be purchased in advance using the rideRTC app, or by paying with cash on the shuttle.
Recycling
For your convenience, we have receptacles clearly marked throughout our concourses designated for recycling.
Re-Entry Policy
Allegiant Stadium is a no re-entry facility.
Retractable Doors
One of the key design elements of Allegiant Stadium are the retractable doors, also known as the Lanai Doors. These doors are located on the North side of the stadium and open to the iconic Las Vegas Strip. It takes approximately nine minutes to move the doors from open to close. The Lanai Doors will be open for select events.
Rideshare Service
Uber is offered as a rideshare option at Allegiant Stadium. The rideshare lot is located in Lot N, near the corner of Dean Martin and Hacienda. Please visit the Directions & Parking page for more information regarding parking, transportation, and rideshare.
Scalping and Profiteering
The resale of tickets on Allegiant Stadium grounds is prohibited and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Security Concerns

Sensory Kits & Nooks
For guests with sensory processing needs, the following resources and accommodations are available.
- Sensory Kits: Allegiant Stadium has partnered with KultureCity to provide sensory kits and bags for guests. Sensory bags are available for guests to check out at Guest Experience Headquarters (Located on the North side of the stadium, next to the torch – Section 101) at no cost for individuals. Sensory bags include a VIP lanyard for guest recognition, fidget tools, noise-reducing headphones, and a visual cue card. A writable weighted lap pad with markers is also available as needed.
- Sensory Nooks: Allegiant Stadium has two (2) Ford Sensory Nooks available for guests with sensory processing needs. The Ford Sensory Nooks are located on the 050 level inside the Northeast and Northwest Entry lobbies. Ford Sensory Nooks provide an inclusive and comfortable space and are equipped with fidget toys, vibration seating, and dim lighting. Sideline Lounge Seats
Seats located sections C109-C115 have access to the East Sideline Lounge, and seats located in sections C131-C137 have access to the West Sideline Lounge. Each Sideline Lounge has a sleek center bar, elevated concessions, and exclusive restrooms.
Smoking
In accordance with The Nevada Clean Air Indoor Act, Allegiant Stadium is a smoke-free facility. This includes the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the stadium.
Strollers
Strollers are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium. Strollers can be checked in at bag check for $20.00.
Suites
There are 127 Premium Suites at Allegiant Stadium. The different types of suites are:
- Microsoft Endzone Suites (100 Level)
- Executive Prime Suites (150 Level)
- Owner's Suites (150 Level)
- Traditional Suites (200 Level)
- Corner Suites (200 Level)
Guests sitting in a suite on the 150 Level must obtain a wristband to allow access to the suite level. Wristbands are distributed at the Caesars Rewards East and MGM Resorts West VIP Entries with the scan of a valid ticket. All suite holders should check-in at the concierge desk to access their suite.
Tailgating Guidelines
Tailgating is permitted in designated lots for a maximum of four (4) hours. Guests can begin tailgating four (4) hours prior to kickoff; however, tailgating becomes prohibited at kickoff. Guests looking to tailgate on Allegiant Stadium-operated property are required to possess a valid parking pass. Vehicles without a valid parking pass will not be allowed on property parking lots. Umbrellas
Umbrellas larger than 12" in length are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium. For safety and sight line reasons, umbrellas cannot be opened inside the seating bowl.
Unauthorized Transmission of Games and Events
No person admitted to Allegiant Stadium shall transmit or aid in the transmission of any description, account, picture or reproduction of any event conducted in unless expressly authorized by Allegiant Stadium, UNLV, and the Mountain West Conference.

Visiting Team Guests
Verbal or physical harassment of the visiting team guests will be considered unruly behavior and may lead to ejection, loss of season tickets or possible arrest.
VVIP Club Seats
Allegiant Stadium has two (2) designated VVIP club seating locations:
- West VVIP: Section C134
- East VVIP: Section C112
All VVIP guests with tickets in these sections have access to the following exclusive areas:
- Champions Club
- Credit One Club
- Twitch Lounge
- Modelo Cantina Club
Guests must obtain a club wristband to access the Champions Club and Credit One Club. Wristbands are distributed at the Caesars Rewards East and MGM Resorts West VIP Entries with the scan of a valid ticket in these sections.
WiFi
Allegiant Stadium features a state-of-the-art, high-density WiFi system that allows guests to quickly connect to the internet. This service, officially named Allegiant Stadium WiFi by Cox, is free to all guests.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the box office at Allegiant Stadium, opening four (4) hours prior to kickoff and closing at the end of halftime. Guests must show photo identification at Will Call in order to pick up tickets. For Will Call to release the tickets, the name on the photo identification must match the name under which the tickets are left. Will Call is the only authorized location that a guest may leave tickets to be picked up by another guest.
Wheelchairs
Allegiant Stadium offers wheelchair services for guests with disabilities. To request wheelchair assistance, please ask a Guest Experience Teammate or visit the nearest guest experience location.
Zero Tolerance
Allegiant Stadium and UNLV reserve the right to revoke the season tickets of those individuals whose conduct is determined to be inappropriate, including but not limited to any violation of the Code of Conduct, any other Allegiant Stadium policy, or applicable law. Please be aware that the season ticket member is accountable for the conduct of his/her guest.
