Are your facilities ADA compliant?
The Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion are committed to ensuring that every guest is provided a safe and pleasurable atmosphere. All three facilities recognize the needs of persons with disabilities and have met or exceeded the requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Are assisted listening devices available?
Assisted listening devices are available in exchange for identification cards at the Thomas & Mack Center. Devices are located at the Guest Relations Booth located on the main concourse near section 116 (portal 36).
Do your facilities provide accessible parking?
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities at all three facilities. There are 52 spaces at the Thomas & Mack Center and 6 spaces at the Cox Pavilion. Cox Pavilion events will also have access to Thomas & Mack Center disabled parking spaces.
Do your facilities provide drop-off?
Guests needing special assistance and close access to the building entrances are welcome to be dropped off at the entrance to the Thomas & Mack Center.
Elevators are available inside the main lobby of the Thomas & Mack Center. Guests attending events at the Cox Pavilion will use the elevator located by the Cox Pavilion ticket office lobby.
You will also find escalators outside the Thomas & Mack Center and Strip View Pavilion.
ADA ramps are located at each entrance of the stadium, as well as the plaza area surrounding the Thomas & Mack Center, Cox Pavilion and Strip View Pavilion.
Can I purchase tickets for accessible seating?
All three venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the venue and/or the type of event, and are subject to availability.
UNLVtickets offers two convenient ways to order accessible seating tickets.
Order your tickets by phone at (702) 739-FANS (3267), and notify the ticket agent of your needs. You may also purchase accessible seating online at www.unlvtickets.com. When you choose your event, click on the Accessible Seating icon and you will be directed to purchase ADA seats.
All three facilities also provide guests with the following:
