2020-21 SEASON TICKET RENEWALS
We recognize we're in unusual times right now and want to make you comfortable committing to Rebel Athletics this season. If for some reason our 2020 men's basketball schedule is impacted due to COVID-19, you have choices.
Event Postponement:
If an event is postponed due to factors beyond UNLV's control, tickets for postponed event(s) will still be valid for the rescheduled date. Patrons have the option to exchange their game tickets for the same sport, on a different date, for a ticket of equal or lesser value.
Event Cancellation:
If any men's basketball games are cancelled, UNLV Athletics is providing you the following options:
- Canceled game ticket credit can be used for tickets for other 2020-21 UNLV sports including men's basketball.
- Unused ticket funds can be rolled over as a credit for your 2021-22 season ticket account.
- Donate tickets to first responders and frontline workers or military service members and their families.
- Ticket credit amounts can be converted to a charitable donation to the Rebel Athletic Fund to assist with student-athlete scholarships.
If any of these options do not work for our season ticket holders, we'll work with each account on a case by case basis to make sure we do what's right for our fans, including upon request, refunds granted for cancelled events. Fans who purchased tickets through a third party (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) will need to contact the third party service provider for refund information.
Renewal Deadline: August 3, 2020
Season ticket renewals are billed in the spring and are due in full on August 3. The RAF Priority amount is required in priority areas. The RAF Priority amount is billed together on the same invoice as the ticket amount, and due in full on August 3. In order to retain your current seat location, all payments must be received by the renewal deadline. Non-renewed season tickets will be open to the public for sale after the renewal deadline.
Notifications
Email notifications will be sent February when renewals become available. Check the current email address in your online account, or call the ticket office to update or confirm your current email address. Paper statements will be mailed in June to all accounts that have not yet renewed at that time. You may also log into your online account and print your renewal statement for your records.
Renewal Payment Plans - Online (Available March-July)
Once again we are offering a payment plan option for your season tickets. The earlier you renew the longer you can spread out your payments. We now offer a 5-month payment plan running from April - August. And a new Mobile-Season-Ticket-Only plan, which extends payments out to October, in conjunction with a Mobile-Only Season Ticket Delivery to your phone. Payment plan options will be available until July. Your account must be renewed - either in full or with a payment plan - by the August 3 renewal deadline.
Seating Changes / Upgrades
Requests for a seating change or upgrade must be made in writing on your ticket renewal application (paper or web). Seating change requests must be submitted by the renewal deadline to be considered. Accounts must be paid in full to be eligible for an upgrade. Late or unpaid accounts will not be eligible for seating changes or upgrades - this includes your ticket amount and your RAF priority donation.
All seating changes/upgrades/additions will be made in priority point order after the renewal deadline and based on any seats that are not renewed. If an upgrade to a higher price level is available, the additional cost (price and/or donation) will be due at the time of your upgrade. This request process will take a few weeks to complete and will last through September.

ALUMNI SEASON TICKET DISCOUNT | Alumni Membership Info
Current members can purchase 2020-21 basketball season tickets at 50% off the regular ticket amount. The Alumni discount is available in the upper level Balcony and End Balcony price levels. Must be a UNLV Alumni Association member to be eligible. Limit of two (2) discounted tickets per member. 2020-21 Basketball Alumni season ticket prices per seat are listed below.

Alumni discounted season tickets are not available online for first-time buyers. Contact the athletic ticket office at 702-895-2958 to purchase basketball season tickets. Alumni membership will be verified. Limit of two (2) discounted tickets per member.
UNLV FACULTY/STAFF SEASON TICKET DISCOUNT
The faculty/staff discount has been modified for the 2020-21 season. Current UNLV Faculty & Staff, who are also current RAF members, can receive discounts on football and basketball season tickets. Faculty/Staff season ticket prices will include the full ticket amount, with the priority amount waived 100%. The faculty/staff discount is available in all price level for basketball, excluding premium areas (Suites, Gucci, Scholarship, and Lower Bowl 1). Limit of four (4) discounted tickets per account.
How To Purchase
New Faculty/Staff discounted season tickets are not available online for first-time buyers. To purchase, please contact the athletic ticket office at (702) 895-2958 or visit the Thomas & Mack ticket office in person with your staff I.D. You must also be a current RAF member, or you can join the RAF with a minimum annual $25 donation. Your UNLV employment information will be verified to set up your account.
TICKET TRANSFER | Login To My Account
A new feature for season ticket holders - you can now transfer (forward) one or more of your individual game tickets to a friend online. This is a great tool for out of town fans or businesses who cannot use their tickets for a specific game. Simply log into your account, click the Transfer Tickets button, and select the game(s) and seat(s) that you would like to transfer. Then enter the email address of the person you would like your tickets to go to. That person now has 48 hours to accept the tickets. There is a fee of $5.00 per transfer (not per ticket). Once the transfer has been accepted the original tickets are no longer valid and the new tickets are sent via email. This ticket transfer feature will be available until 1 hour prior to game time.
Please note, this feature allows season ticket holders to forward one or more individual game tickets to another person. This does not allow a permanent transfer of full season tickets to another account holder.
TICKET EXCHANGE
UNLV Athletics now offers a "Ticket Exchange" program for Runnin' Rebel Basketball season ticket holders and Mini-Plan buyers. Season ticket holders and Mini-Plan buyers can exchange their unused tickets for tickets to an upcoming game of their choice (some restrictions apply). Available for future games (online only) and past games (Thomas & Mack ticket office only). NOT AVAILABLE ON GAME DAYS.

To exchange tickets online for a future game, follow these steps:
- Log-in to your online UNLVtickets account
- Select "Manage My Account"
- Under "Ticket Management" select "Exchange"
- Select the game and seats that you would like to exchange

PAST GAME EXCHANGES − Available Only at the Thomas & Mack Center Ticket Office
To exchange unused past game tickets:
- Bring your unused past game tickets to the Thomas & Mack Center ticket office during regular office hours to exchange for any remaining 2019-20 regular season home games
- Unused tickets will be validated
- The Thomas & Mack Center ticket office is open Monday-Friday, from 10:00am to 5:00pm
- Tickets may only be exchanged once
- One (1) ticket may be exchanged for One (1) ticket. Tickets cannot be combined
- Exchanges are not available on game days
